This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made on wiseandraw.com operated by Wise and Raw

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Cancellation

a) Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Orders may be canceled only before they are dispatched.

  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

  • To request cancellation, contact us immediately at wiseandraw@gmail.com with your order details.

If the cancellation is approved, a refund will be initiated as per Section 4.

b) Cancellation After Dispatch

  • No cancellations are allowed after dispatch, due to the nature of perfume products and logistics costs.

  • Refusal of delivery will not be treated as a valid cancellation and may not qualify for a refund.

2. Returns

Due to hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons:

  • Opened, used, or tampered perfume products are NOT eligible for return

  • Products once delivered are considered final sale unless:

    • The product received is damaged, or

    • The wrong product was delivered

Return requests must meet the conditions below.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide:

    • Clear images/videos of the product

    • Original packaging and invoice

Failure to report within 48 hours may result in rejection of the request.

After verification:

  • A replacement or refund may be issued at our discretion.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to our error.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:

  • False claims

  • Damaged packaging due to customer mishandling

  • Missing original packaging or accessories

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund or return:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers (unless defective)

  • Free samples or complimentary items

6. Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, phone number, or unavailability of the customer, the order may be returned to us.

  • In such cases:

    • Shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the refund

    • Re-shipping may incur additional charges

7. Refund Delays

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider first

  • Then contact us at wiseandraw@gmail.com with your order ID

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

8. Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service

  • Reject refund requests

  • Block accounts

in cases of repeated refund abuse or suspicious activity.

We may update this policy at any time without prior notice.

Changes will be effective once posted on the Site.
